Deena was amazing! My husband and I were contemplating moving after having been in our first home for 26 years with really no idea where to start. Deena was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and communicative as she endured our myriad of questions and helped us navigate the whole process.

Our schedule for viewing homes was a little tricky because of our limited availability and Deena always found a way to fit our viewings as well as rearrange things at a moments notice as we added homes we were interested in. As a result, she was able to help us find what will hopefully be our forever home.

Deena having been from the area was a huge benefit as she was able to provide helpful information about schools, lifestyles etc for the homes we were looking at. Overall, she made the negotiation process with the seller very simple and she was unafraid to advocate for exactly what I wanted. I felt heard and understood with every single request I had. She answered every question and concern I had to the fullest of her ability and she also consulted with other members of her organization to provide me with the most helpful context. She was organized with the entire process of inspections and contracts/closing and made it all feel easy and smooth every step of the way.

She had an incredibly friendly and welcoming approach to every part of the process and she was patient with my many questions/concerns I had along the way. I felt she was honest and straightforward in delivering information and she was also a source of comfort for some of the more difficult parts of the whole buying process. It felt like I was dealing with a friend or family member rather than a stranger. I trusted her entirely.

I couldn't believe that the entire buying process went EVEN BETTER than I expected. I felt we saw a good amount of homes, got the most valuable information and ultimately got the best deal on the best home. As a first time home buyer I expected this process to be tedious, painful and thought I would have to sacrifice some of my needs for the right home. But that was not the case, the process was enjoyable and I'm 100% satisfied with the home I bought!

Sofia is very knowledgeable and personable! She had a genuine desire to help us find our perfect home and very accommodating on showing us listings . . . sometimes meeting us at a property several times so we could hash out our decision on the home, helping us talk it through. A very kind, sweet and helpful person having a lot of good information on the areas and good recommendations on vendors/contractors. Sofia hits it on the nose on everything you would want in an agent. We felt very confident in her working on our behalf. Great overall experience!
